Leyla is co-founder of American Lodging Resources, Inc. dba CarolinaLiving.com. Since 1986, the company has promoted the Carolinas as a great place to visit and live. Their lead generation tools include a comprehensive website, bi-annual guide and monthly COMPASS eNewsletters. Thanks to her extensive background with Marriott Hotel corporation, she has developed strong management and operational skills.

Leyla consults with strategy and business development at Webbright and has been an active board member since 2009.

Rachel Clark is an E-Myth Coach Manager with E-Myth World Wide. She helps the company's Strategic Objective and guides Webbright with its E-Myth focus.

Hesham Abourahma is a Director with Bank of Montreal working with Senior Debt of Corporate Finance Division in Atlantic Canada. Hesham joined Corporate Finance Division in January of 2010. Hesham originaly joined the Bank of Montreal in 1997 under the Possibilities Youth Internship Program, has since held various positions with increasing responsibility in retail & commercial lines of business. Hesham has completed Masters of Business Administration with Saint Mary’s University, and has earned the designation of Certified Management Accountant with CMA Canada. Hesham sits on the Executive Board of Director and is a Treasurer with Saint leonard's Society of Nova Scotia - a home Shelter for men and women. Hesham likes to spend his free time playing golf & soccer, and spending time with his family and friends.

Hesham brings great accounting and financial expertise to the Webbright strategy and is a valuable member of the board of advisers.

Heba Abourahma is an assistant professor of chemistry at The College of New Jersey in Ewing. She teaches sophomore organic chemistry and introductory general chemistry. Her research interests are in the area of solid state with specific focus on modifying properties of pharmaceuticals using the principles of supramolecular chemistry. Heba was educated in Canada and the US. She earned her BSc from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS; her MSc from the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, On., and her PhD from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Heba has presented her scientific findings at national and international meetings and published her work in a number of leading peer-reviewed journals.

Heba has valuable experience working with college students and provides a great resource for our internship and scholarship programs.
