Meet with client to learn and collect project requirements.
(b) Data Definition
Define membership types, fields, application, and renewal policy. Start with existing contact information, if any.
(c) Design Material
Collect photo and other design material.
(d) Website Structure
Define website structure, including pages, navigation and functional modules. Start with existing website, if any.
(e) Customization Worksheet
Document all requirements in a written worksheet.
(f) Requirements Review and Approval
Meet with client to review requirements and approve work plans.

Make the final switch to move from Wild Apricot domain name to custom domain name (if required).
(d) Announce Website
All set and ready; announce new website to members.
